Returns Policy

At WKDYS (Weekdays Bag Company), we want you to be absolutely confident and happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, so this policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a

    remedy under the ACL. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

    How to Report a Fault:

    If you discover a fault with your WKDYS product, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@wkdys.com.au.

    To help us assist you quickly, please include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Clear photos or a short video showing the fault/incorrect item (if applicable)

    • We will assess your request promptly and provide instructions for the return.

  • We want you to love your WKDYS bag! If you've simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

    • Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Condition: The item must be:

      • Completely unused and in brand new condition.

      • Free from any signs of wear, marks, or damage.

      • Returned with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

    • Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email) is required.

    How to Request a Change of Mind Return:

    Please email us at hello@wkdys.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and state that you wish to return the item for a change of mind. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected (for faulty items, to confirm the fault; for change of mind, to confirm unused and original condition), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Specific return instructions and the return address will be provided to you once your return request has been approved by our team.
